Mr. Noor Muhammad Bajeer
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Noor Bajeer has been working in development and corporate sector since last 25 years. Qualification includes MA – Economics, and specialization certificate course in Leadership and Team Management. He worked for TRDP as Manager Program Operations for five years, worked for SPO Islamabad as Program Specialist in 1999 and headed upper Punjab regional team for two years. He was promoted as Regional Director – SPO Sindh where he implemented several projects. He joined oil and gas company (Eni Pasitan Ltd), where he was responsible for CSR component. He joined Civil Society Support Program in 2010 as Chief Executive Officer, he developed and implemented Empowering the Voice of New Generation program from 2010 to 2016. Trained more than 10,000 youth and engaged in interfaith harmony campaign, countering violence extremism, Education Budget advocacy and Sind Youth Policy advocacy. Mr. Bajeer has vast experience in network management; he led Pakistan NGO Forum (PNF) a largest NGO network of Pakistan for three years (2003-2005, and CEC member of National Humanitarian Network. Mr. Bajeer facilitated several development courses for youth, government officials and development professionals, his areas of expertise are project management, organizational development, strategic planning, social mobilization, advocacy and lobbying, participatory research methodology, and Impact assessment.


Mr. Abdul Wahid Sangrasi
Senior Program Manager

Mr. Wahid has remained involved in project management at different levels. He started career in development field by joining HANDS (Health and Nutrition Development Society), a service delivery organization, where he worked on community mobilization and staff management as Manager of the regional office. His job at HANDS included extensive experience of monitoring, supervision & evaluation of the projects and programs. He also extended continuous technical assistance to village development organizations, men and women in the implementation of health, Education, Water and sanitation and advocacy projects.

Mr. Wahid also worked with SPO (Strengthening Participatory Organization) as Senior Program Specialist for 15 years. SPO is a national level Right Based Advocacy Organization where he implemented projects on Health, Education, Women Empowerment, Water Governance, Peace and harmony, DRR and Human rights in all over Sindh, KP and Azad Kashmir. Besides he was also involved in providing trainings to National, provincial and district Level CSOs, NGOs, Government officials, Political Parties and Civil society Networks .

Presently, Mr. Wahid is working with CSSP as Senior Program Manager. His key responsibilities in this role include providing technical assistance to CSSP program and projects. Recently he supervised the DAI Tabeer funded project on trainings for Election commission officials for general elections 2018, 02 projects of Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) on Peace, human rights and Gender, Take A child to School (TACs) funded by British Council and FAFEN.


Mr. Zikria Rafiq
Manager, Finance & Administration

Zikria Rafiq is a highly experienced and results oriented finance expert in the development sector. He has almost 16 years of professional work experience – 6 years in the banking sector and 10 years in the development sector on managerial position in Non-government organizations. During his development sector experience, he has been working on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Education, and Health, Flash flood, Gender base violence (GBV), Water & Sanitation (WATSAN), Community Development & food Security).

He has done B.B.A (H), MBA (H), M.A (Economic) & L.L.B. He has also done two MANGO (UK) Trainings from Thailand.


Mr. Kashif Bajeer
Manager, Advocacy & Networking

Mr. Kashif Bajeer is a Social Activist and a development professional with expertise in the area of human rights particularly in Child Rights/women rights Activism, Mobilization, training, and Networking. He holds 15 years of experience working with various National and international organizations and has executed the number of projects on rule of law, governance and human rights. He has gained learning from Community Development endeavors, and developed skills in Mobilization, Training Need Assessment, developing training manuals, organizing and facilitating training sessions, and Monitoring & Evaluation of short term and long term projects. He has been actively involved in Coalition against Child Labor CACL (2007 – 2009), National Coalition Against Bonded labor NCABL (2009 -2011) and recently Secretary of Child Rights Movement (CRM) Sindh.
Presently, he is working with CSSP as an advocacy and networking Manager since 2018 and Secretary of Child Rights Movement (CRM) Sindh and NACG (Asian Child Rights Violence Network) Coordinator Sindh Chapter. He is Masters in Sociology and law graduate from the University of Sindh Jamshoro.


Ms. Zahida Mirani
Manager Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (PMER)

Ms Zahida Mirani is a Manager Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (PMER) at Civil Society Support Program. She is a development professional, Human Rights and social activist with diversified experience of Project Management, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation, Gender and Community Development and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR). She worked with national and international organizations in various capacities. She did a Masters in Sociology and Education.


Ms. Zara Agha
Manager, Human & Institutional Development (HID)

Ms. Zara Agha is a development professional with expertise in the Human Resource Management and Institutional development, possessing the experience of almost 04 years in the development sector. She has been working on the leading positions of department head in different non-profit organizations and possesses the capacity to work independently and strengthen the internal controls by developing and implementing the policies & procedures within the organization. She is a graduate in Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA).

Her core competencies include communication/negotiation skills, analytic & critical thinking, team-building, managing staff relations, performance management, and conflict management.
