Mr. Noor Muhammad Bajeer
Chief Executive Officer

Mr Bajeer is a development professional, who has been working with prominent development sector and corporate sector organizations in Pakistan for the last 16 years. Over the past ten years he has been working on senior management positions in reputed corporate and social sector organizations including Save the Children (UK), SPO (Strengthening Participatory Organization) and Eni Pakistan Limited. He was elected as Secretary of Pakistan NGOs Forum for three years which is the largest countrywide network of Civil Society Organizations in Pakistan. As well as this, his institutional responsibilities include conducting trainings on political education, gender issues and organizational development.

Mr. Hameed Diplai
Senior Manager PMER (Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting)

Mr. Hameed Diplai is rural development professional; having more than 15 years’ experience in rural development, humanitarian and CSR fields. Mr. Diplai is proficient in management, project designing, planning, monitoring, evaluation, campaign designing and report writing. He has been using his skills and knowledge to advance the rights of poor people in Sindh. In this regard, he has been extending his professional services to a wide range of NGOs to evolve strategies to eliminate poverty and promote human rights.

Mr. Diplai has been associated with the field of publication and communication and written articles and features for popular Sindhi and English newspapers. He is regular blog writer and author of several books published in Sindhi language.

Mr. Kashif Siddiqui
Senior Manager Program

Kashif Hussain Siddiqui as a research fellow of M. Phil Economics passed his 15 plus years with valued working in corporate, government, social development and media sectors of Pakistan.

Before CSSP, he worked with national and international repute organizations like Aga Khan Education Service Pakistan, worked in Oxfam GB project in Badin, strived for socio-economic development of Artisans of Sindh under umbrella of AHAN (Aik Hunar Aik Nagar), Government of Pakistan (BPS-18), served in (PDI-Participatory Development Initiatives) as Manager Programs, HelpAge International, led Indus Crafts Foundation (ICF) as General Manager and led SPO field office Sukkur.

Besides, he is a trainer and man of media with for TV and FM radio.

Mr. Arshad Hussain Siddiqui
Manager Finance & Admin

Mr. Qazi Arshad is presently associated with Civil Society Support Programme (CSSP) as a Manager in Finance & Admin department, he is specialized in field of Finance, Admin & did Bachelor in finance from university of Sindh Jamshoro Sindh and MBA with same field from Muhammad Ali Jinnah University at Karachi & Stage 01 from Institute of Cost and Management Accountant of Pakistan (ICMAP)

Mr. Qazi possess almost ten years sound experience in Finance, Administration, worked in leading development sector organizations such as Sindh Graduates Association (SGA), Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO), Goth Seengar Foundation (GSF) and Shah Latif Foundation (SLF). Also worked in Corporate and semi-private Institutions.

Ms. Zara Agha
Manager – Human & Institutional Development

Ms. Zara Agha is a development professional with expertise in the Human Resource Management and Institutional development, possessing the experience of almost 04 years in the development sector. She has been working on the leading positions of department head in different non-profit organizations and possesses the capacity to work independently and strengthen the internal controls by developing and implementing the policies & procedures within the organization. She is a graduate in Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA).

Her core competencies include communication/negotiation skills, analytic & critical thinking, team-building, managing staff relations, performance management, and conflict management.
