Rozgar Centers (RCs)
Overview
As part of its ongoing commitment to youth empowerment and community development, CSSP has established and fully equipped 25 Rozgar Centers (RCs) 15 in Mirpurkhas and 10 in Sanghar, Sindh Pakistan. These centers serve as vibrant community hubs designed to uplift low-income youth by enhancing their skills, expanding their digital access, and supporting their journey toward economic independence.

Sewing machines and other tools support hands-on learning, especially in tailoring and small-scale enterprise development. - Digital Connectivity
- Smart TVs for multimedia-based learning
- 10 tablets with headsets per center for interactive and self-paced training
- Internet Facility
- Solar panels installed to ensure an uninterrupted power supply even in areas with frequent outages
- Skill Development & Livelihood Training

In times of natural disasters or crises, RCs are quickly repurposed as emergency shelters and relief camps, offering safe spaces for affected families. Their solid infrastructure and essential amenities make them crucial facilities for disaster response and humanitarian aid distribution.
