Mirpurkhas: Heavy rainfall in District Mirpurkhas has caused significant flooding in both urban and rural areas, including the union council of Magho Patel, UC Jhalori, Taluka Shujaabad. In response to the severe impact of the flooding, a free medical camp was organized by the Women Leadership Forum and Mirpurkhas Citizen Forum in collaboration with Civil Society Support Programme (CSSP). The camp provided hundreds of children and women with free medical check-ups and essential medicines, overseen by pediatric specialist Dr. Abdul Wahid Khas Kheli and a dedicated medical team. The floodwaters had submerged all homes in Magho Patel, leaving residents grappling with skin diseases, malaria, fever, and malnutrition.
